(1) PACKING POLICY :
As soon as the order is received, the company packs the parcel the next day before sending any parcel and sends the video of the parcel on WhatsApp to know the status of the product received.
(2) FOR SAFE ARRANGEMENTÂ :
Customer has to place an order 15-17 days before his event or festival so that we can satisfy him enough in any problem so that customer can enjoy his opportunity happily.
(3) GUARANTEE WARRANTY RULESÂ :
As soon as the customer receives the parcel, he makes a video of the condition of the parcel and at the same time opens the parcel and makes a video of the product and sends it to the company’s WhatsApp, the customer is entitled to full guarantee or warranty This will meet the requirement.
(4) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITYÂ :
- It is the responsibility of the customer to compare the video of the parcel sent to you on WhatsApp with the company.
- If any change is seen in the video of the parcel sent to the company, the customer should not accept the parcel from the courier.
(5) REQUIRED INATRUCTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER IN CASE OF URGENCY OF ORDERÂ :
- If there is no defect in the parcel, it is mandatory for the customer to pick up the parcel and make a video while removing the product from the parcel and send it to the company’s whatsapp.
- It is very necessary to get a guarantee or warranty of the item.
(6) PACKING CHANGE CONDUTION :
The company examines the goods thoroughly and if any mistake is found then the company can re-parcel the goods according to the courier time and deliver the goods immediately.
(7) BREAKING CONDITION :
- Company stone leaks, bud openings, or premature deterioration of the plating are all covered by the Company Warranty Free.
- The customer is yet to pay the parcel charges. Each item of the product has to be shipped with a parcel, (Ex: beads, stones, pendants, broken parts)
- Otherwise the parts will have to be charged separately at the time of repair.
- Which will be decided by the repair or service department.
- Which will take a minimum of seven days and a maximum of 45 days.
- Which depends on the damage of the item.
